Caster Semenya is too ugly to be a woman. That's not the only issue in the complicated story of Caster Semenya, but it's the main issue. Nobody thinks she's too fast in the 800 meters -- which she won by almost 20 meters a few days ago at the world championships -- to be a woman. UIL Regional Meets may not have FAT timing to qualify for State
